I’m a Navy veteran and problem solver who performs well in high-pressure environments and leads with trust, clear communication, and accountability. During my service onboard the USS Jimmy Carter submarine, I led teams ranging from 12 to 33 people while developing strong leadership, technical, and decision-making skills. One of the most challenging moments of my career occurred when a critical generator failed. Over a 24-hour period, I led my team through troubleshooting and repair efforts while keeping key stakeholders informed and aligned.I am driven by a competitive mindset and a desire to do meaningful work with teams built on trust and responsibility. I enjoy solving complex problems and take pride in seeing difficult challenges through to completion.
