Diplômé de L’EM Normandie après une formation universitaire en Génie Electrique, Eric a occupé différentes fonctions ventes et marketing dans des groupes industriels français et internationaux, durant les 10 premières années de sa carrière. Il y a 20 ans à présent qu\'il recrute des talents pour des ETI et de grands groupes français ou étrangers, essentiellement sur des profils techniques très pointus.Aujourd’hui, Eric dirige HANTAA Search & Selexion, cabinet de recrutement par approche directe qu’il a fondé en 2016 pour y développer avec éthique et efficacité, ses activités de « chasseur » et d’évaluateur reconnu. Nous disposons chez HANTAA d’une longue expérience du métier de Chasseur de Tête (les japonais disent Hedo Hantaa). Nous sommes convaincus de la force que procure la combinaison de tradition et modernité, notre approche conjugue ainsi efficience, transparence et respect marqué des individus.

Eric began his career with sales and marketing positions in several French and international industrial groups. This experience in connection with several functions in these companies led him to join the HR consulting sector in within a national firm. In 2004, he joined a firm specializing in direct approach recruitment of experts and managers, where he became Partner for more than 10 years before founding HANTAA Search & Selexion in 2016, a direct approach recruitment firm for rare profiles, Managers and Experts for ETI and large groups in the industrial sector. He is a graduate of EM Normandie after a university degree in Electrical Engineering, Eric speaks French, English
