   Regulatory specialist for Talos Energy’s properties in all five Gulf of Mexico (GOM) districts of the Bureau of Safety and Environmental Enforcement (BSEE). Manage shelf and deepwater assets.* Organize and manage the submittal of Development Plans: Exploration Plan (EP), Development Operations Coordination Document (DOCD), Conservation Information Document (CID), and Right of Use and Easement (RUE).* Prepare, submit, and obtain the permitting for drilling (APD), sidetrack (AST), bypass (ABP) and completions/recompletions/ARO (APM).* Complete the Well Activity Reports (WAR) and End of Operations Reports (EOR).* Prepare, submit, and obtain necessary pipeline permits for both installation and decommissioning of offshore pipelines: Lease Term & Right-of Way (ROW).* Coordinate with cross-functional teams throughout the lifecycle of projects, including planning, reservoir, drilling, completions, facilities, and production groups.* Extensive interfacing with federal, state, and local agencies to maintain regulatory compliance.* Knowledge of BSEE and Bureau of Ocean Energy Management (BOEM) permitting requirements, including experience preparing and making regulatory submittals.* Extensive experience with TIMS and eWell submittal portals.Additionally, I serve as the co-chair of the ESG community committee overseeing all Talos Energy’s community outreach programs. In this role, I lead initiatives targeting children’s health and food insecurity.* Coordinate the annual holiday sponsorship of five Houston-area families through Houston Children\'s Charity (HCC).* As the title sponsor, plan and execute the Ronald McDonald House Charities Greater Houston (RMHC) golf tournament. In 2025, we set the tournament record by raising Coordinated A Better Night’s Sleep event, distributing 150 beds and linens to Houston-area families.
