Cytozyme technology combines fermentation metabolites, natural adjuvants, naturally chelated and complexed nutrients and plant extracts to support plant development; improving gene expression, antioxidant activity, photosynthesis and nutrient uptake which increases the yield and quality of crops in a more comprehensive way. Our multi-disciplinary approach utilizes new discoveries in agronomy, plant physiology, molecular biology and biochemistry combined with the practical knowledge of growers around the world. Eric is 2nd generation owner of Cytozyme after becoming CEO in 2009. Eric began learning the business as a production and operations employee, learning the core manufacturing and quality assurance processes. He invested countless hours in the laboratories of Cytozyme familiarizing himself with the technology that differentiates Cytozyme’s products in a crowded market. He’s credited with launching Cytozyme’s foliar nutrition and aquaculture segments, introducing the company’s unique technology to new markets.In 2012, Eric was awarded EY\'s (Ernst and Young) Entrepreneur of The Year Award®, and under his leadership, Cytozyme was recognized by Inc. Magazine’s - America\'s Fastest Growing Private Companies in 2013 and 2014, as well as MWCN\'s (MountainWest Capital Network) Utah 100 Award - Utah\'s 100 Fastest Growing Companies in 2011 and 2012.An influential agribusiness executive, with more than 19 years’ experience, Eric is highly proficient in business growth and development, operations, sales, strategic planning and execution.Eric lives in Salt Lake City, Utah with his wife and three children.
