About Eric Bailey

Over the course of a career spanning over 25 years in the HRIS and ERP space, I have developed and continue to develop an extensive functional background in the Management and Implementation of HCM and ERP Systems. I have experienced all aspects of the implementation and upgrade life cycles in both \"On Premise\" and SaaS delivery models including: Workday, ORACLE and PeopleSoft. I\'ve built a high functioning HRIS team, process and function from the ground up. As an HRIS Director, Manager, Analyst and as a Consultant, I have developed and performed program management, needs and requirements analysis, road mapping, process design, system design, project management, system configuration, system testing, data conversion, project documentation, user training, and post-implementation support. I believe in pursuing a strategy of fully integrated systems, utilizing integrated tools to meet complex business requirements. My objective is to be a part of a team within a dynamic organization where I can utilize my extensive experience and leadership skills to help that organization define and execute a best practice HCM, HRIS, ERP strategy.

   Program Managing the successful implementation of the Workday HCM, Including Core HR, Benefits, Payroll Integration to ADP, Recruiting, Talent Management, ompensation, Absence Mangement, Time Tracking, Expenses and Mobile, for roughly 1200 full time employees across multiple regions. Managing of the overall implementation program capital budget of $ 1.97 million, as well as the budget for current state systems and support of roughly annually. Defined the roadmap for future systems design and rollout. Negotiated with vendors resulting in an overall savings of just over $1.24 Million from original vendor quotes for the overall combined life of the Program. Responsible for defining the governance model and strategic staffing design for the project Led a Project team consisting of both internal and third party resources with roughly 15 members across multiple work streams. Developed, working with the partner project manager, multiple tools for project management, raid log management, status dashboards, and overall reporting tools. Established and facilitated regular meeting cadences with the team and senior leadership including steering committee Insuring strategic scope alignment throughout the project. Responsible for ongoing vendor management for Software and Support. Defining and establishing a post go live technical support model and executing within that model.
