Since joining CMG, I have worked on several retail Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) projects and change management programs to plan, develop and deliver the requisite training. Highlights include planning, developing and executing training for Oracle Retail Xstore POS and SIOCS for a client with 130 stores, and Oracle Cloud systems for the finance and procurement teams. We helped another client with over 600 stores and suppliers create all their training materials for instructor-led training (ILT), virtual ILT, blended and standalone eLearning for a significant phase of their Oracle Cloud ERP as they transform from a traditional retail model to a wholesale/distribution, e-commerce- and retail-focused business. For part of this project, I worked directly on Oracle Supply Chain Management (SCM) training to create a blended learning solution for that target audience with 25 interactive Articulate eLearning modules.I create video-based training and communications for the programs, create and maintain processes and tools for planning, tracking and reporting on deliverables for our US consulting team, and provide training and coaching. One of the ways we build lasting value is through our effective train-the-trainer programs—one of my favorite parts of the process—which upskill our clients’ capabilities to deliver end-user training and support their business. Responsible for training needs analysis, training strategy, program development, eLearning, video communications, training skills development for clients (train the trainer), coaching, and achieving measurable results.
