Design and teach undergraduate and graduate level courses in positive psychology and college success.I take a personal and individualized approach with every person, family, and group that I work with. Having worked with individuals across the lifespan, and informed by a multicultural orientation from international living and travel, I know that every person\'s situation is different, influenced by a number of factors. It\'s our job to uncover what those influences are, and how we can change behaviors, habits, and mindsets to produce a greater sense of well-being and connectedness.
