About Eric Almond

Eric is an Assurance Partner within PwC\'s Banking and Capital Markets Practice. During his career, Eric has provided a diverse array of audit and non audit services to clients within the financial services industry. Throughout his career, Eric served several of PwC’s largest global banking clients. In this capacity, Eric has had significant exposure to complex accounting, valuation, financial reporting, regulatory and operational challenges impacting the banking industry including with products and transactions across the spectrum (e.g. mortgages, credit cards, off-balance sheet structures, derivatives, investments, etc).Eric has led and participated in various initiatives and thought leadership projects during his career. These assignments include process and control readiness assessments and technical accounting and accounting policy projects, among others.Eric is a licensed CPA in the state of North Carolina and holds Master of Science and Bachelor of Science in Accountancy degrees from Wake Forest University. In May 2002, Eric was awarded the bronze medal for earning the third highest score on the Uniform CPA Examination in the state of North Carolina.
