Oversee VTL Executive Team for the delivery of clinical care across the country. • Responsible for all aspects of VTL’s administration including operations, finance, human resources, and technology including VTL’s electronic health records system. • Oversee effective collaboration between the Regional Directors of Operations and VTL’s more than 250 school district partners, 200 plus clinicians, and 75 healthcare payer partners. • Lead and manage VTL’s clinicians and optimize the quality, effectiveness, and efficiency of VTL’s operations enabling VTL to provide high-quality, efficient health care to increase the number of children it currently serves. • Optimize VTL’s processes and systems to maximize reimbursement from Medicare, CHIP, and other payers and sources of government funding. • Support the deployment of growth strategies to expand the provision of school-based vision services. • Support the executive team with donor and government relations and lobbying efforts on behalf of VTL.
