About Eric Alarid

A lucky member of the Fourth Generation of the Tilson Family. We build homes on your land in rural Texas. I believe people long for a deeper emotional connection with where they live and it starts with their own piece of land. Americans, especially Texans, desire independence, freedom, and autonomy. We aim to help them complete that vision by designing a custom home with them, then orchestrate the vendors and trades to execute that vision in an affordable way - usually in the middle of nowhere across the Lone Star State. My family has done this for nearly a century. I am in the people development business - starting with myself. The homes we build for our customers are vessels through which we can help them achieve their dream of an independent rural lifestyle while affording opportunities for our employees, trade partners, and vendors to grow all while giving back to our community.I enjoy talking sales, marketing, leadership development, strategy, and most importantly - struggles. I like to learn from other people - new and experienced.
