About Eric Abraham
I am a litigation partner in the Red Bank and Princeton offices of Hill Wallack LLP, the chair of the Complex Litigation Department, and am a member of the Management Committee. My clients include foreign and domestic generic pharmaceutical companies, banks, property owners, developers and business owners in complex commercial litigation.I appear regularly in State and federal court at the trial and appellate level, and in multi-district litigation, and also arbitrate cases before the International Chamber of Commerce. In the pandemic era, I have tried cases and handled numerous arbitrations, oral arguments and hearings via ZoomI am also a frequent lecturer on New Jersey State and federal trial practice and New Jersey local patent rules and practice. In May 2022, I was a panelist for the Association of the Federal Bar of New Jersey\'s presentation of \"Hatch-Waxman Litigation in the District of New Jersey\". I have also presented \"Exploring the Unique Role of the Magistrate Judge and Local Counsel in Paragraph IV Proceedings\" at the ACI Paragraph IV Disputes Master Symposium. In 2025, I presented several lectures for the New Jersey State Bar Association including \"A Midsummer\'s Refresher in Chancery\",\"Pretrial Orders and Final Pretrial Conferences in Federal Court\" and \"Nuts and Bolts of Local Counsel Practice\". In 2026, I presented \"Taking and Defending Fact Depositions\" to the Lifland Inn of Court, and will be lecturing in March on Civil Trial Preparation for PLI.Equally at home in the boardroom or the courtroom, I am also a member of the Board of Directors of Crown Bank, and served as the chairman of a regional public utility authority.
