   Responsible for designing highly complex use cases for targeted user groups such as executives, lawyers, medical directors, etc. Most recent engagement focused on transforming the way people work in clinical studies for a global pharmaceutical company. The engagement include identifying stakeholder groups, understanding their current business processes, co-designing Slack-led solutions with customers and delivering a change management plan that would make the solution “stick”. Starting as a team of two consultants on the engagement, our user experience obsessed approach and commitment to our customers led to the expansion of the team and one of the largest services engagement deals at Slack (>$4M).
