Heading up the Security Division and working on various large and complex projects both in the public and private sectors, I am responsible for the delivery of Security Services throughout the Uk by providing strategic leadership and identifying short, mid and long-term goals. I am supported by a highly motivated and professional team of Area and Site based Security Managers. I work closely with clients and suppliers, leading on advice and recommendations regarding operational security matters including coordinating the response to physical security incident management and the timely provision of incident reports and threat mitigation. Leading on investigations into security concerns, breaches, evidence control and due process. The development and implementation of all staff resources, training, processes and procedures. Plan and prepare Security Assignment Instructions, Security Operating Procedures, Emergency Instructions and Operational Orders including annual reviews. Accountable for managing all external Security audits to ensure the department remains consistently compliant.
