Spark notes: I’ve been adding site and SEO to my social-filled book. But am still making an impact on the social side. Breaking video CTR benchmarks by and nearly tripling video completion rates (2.62 percentage point increase). The overall campaign has seen 4.4 million impressions and has seen a 425% increase in total CTR. After 3 years in an agency setting, I\'ve found myself back in corporate communications. Where I made my beginnings. Both as an intern and as a professional. Although, Brand and Creative (B+C) at Delta Dental of California does function like a mini agency. So, while the topics and audiences have changed, my duties and flow within the creative community that is B+C, have not. I’m still writing across media—print, email, web, and social. And while I get a bit of everything in both B2B and B2C lanes, most of my work has been focused on refreshing certain site pages to fit Delta Dental’s evolving brand tone, along with keeping up with the latest shakeups in the world of SEO. I also spend a good amount of time building emails that communicate with Delta Dental’s members and network of brokers. I still dabble in the blog space and social from time to time. Plus, I’ve become an Adobe Workfront wizard and more familiar with Figma by the day. My most exciting opportunity has been some philanthropic work with Meals on Wheels San Francisco. An in-person volunteer day led to some fun work helping them name a new pet-focused program for community members.
