Optimized a Random Forest classifier model for predicting failure types experienced by a drill bit during drilling operations by implementing stratification and resampling techniques in addressing the inherent data imbalance problem, thus resulting to a significant increase in the f1-score metrics by 80%. Currently engaging in rigorous data analysis to interpret large datasets and validate experimental findings.Conducted an exploratory data analysis to identify key factors affecting porosity in geothermal wells. Utilized dimensionality reduction techniques to preprocess the data, and developed k-means clustering model. The insights gleaned from this analysis revealed distinct porosity patterns within geothermal wells, enabling the categorization of wells into meaningful clusters based on shared characteristics.Support professors in delivering classroom lessons, managing exams, guiding, and mentoring students to foster an effective learning environment.
