ABOUT EREENA EMAD

I’m a healthcare operator at AllCare and currently the Provider Acquisition and Onboarding Lead. I focus on bringing clinicians into the organization and supporting them through onboarding and readiness by coordinating across teams to ensure a smooth, compliant start.I also helped kick off our Quality Assurance function from scratch alongside my manager by establishing early QA workflows and standards.I also bring one year of revenue cycle management experience, which strengthened my understanding of how documentation quality and operational handoffs affect billing outcomes and overall performance.Previously, I worked as a Sales Development Representative at AllCare, building client relationships and supporting business development efforts. In that role, I helped bring in and expand key long-term care facility relationships and contributed to our growth pipeline.I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Pharmacy from Cairo University and bring a blend of clinical knowledge and operational execution. I’m passionate about improving care delivery through strong coordination, consistent quality, and better experiences for both providers and facilities.
