Our software is instrument-agnostic and runs in real time: it performs baseline/fluorescence suppression, cosmic-ray removal, denoising, and auto-calibration; applies physics-informed peak models to estimate chemistry concentrations; supports calibration transfer and few-shot adaptation across probes and sites; and executes chemistry analysis inference at the edge (operator control room).Software output is exposed via OPC UA/MQTT/REST to DCS/SCADA, historians, and MPC/PID. In practice this augments or replaces slow chromatographs, shortens startups, tightens purity control in distillation and reaction units, and reduces off-spec events as feeds and equipment change.
