Global responsibility for product success across the life cycle including sales and service lifetime- Conceptualize and maintain prices, product and article structure and bundles- Responsible for product specific competitor analysis on international level for software and hardware products- Analyze and gain a deep understanding of customer experience and identify their needs, specifically of functional neurosurgeons, neurologists and other clinical experts- Compile market requirements and knock-out specs including incorporation of serviceability and producibility requirements- Develop and present training material for sales, distributors and partner companies, work with regional - marketing to account for differences in markets- Lead & manage product launch activities (including product releases) to ensure optimal customer experience- Spend a minimum of 1 week/quarter in the field to understand clinical use of products and collect feedback from sales and customers- Develop marketing programs together with director of marketing and regional marketing- Develop detailed product descriptions and marketing campaign briefings- Create screenshots and screen recordings based on guidelines for use as/in marketing collateral- Orchestrate development of marketing collateral (presentations, flyers, brochures, whitepapers, newsletters, social media posts)- Review and maintain accuracy of published marketing collateral- Lead customer visits at headquarters with presentations and in-depth product demos- Provide supporting documents for PMS/ PMCF
