Work closely with project controller, business analyst manger and revenue management to review financial data reports.•Review assign account data for accuracies and consistencies. •Provide accurate and timely financial statements and reports to management team.•Perform monthly and quarterly close process ensuring all journal entries and accrual entries are processed accurately and process timely for both operated & non-operated properties (Eagleridge-Barnett). •Retrieve and download monthly statements from Oildex and/or Energy Link’s website as needed.•Process and apply revenue cash through Excalibur and SAP accounting software. •Complete analysis of income statement and balance sheet accounts and research variances from forecasts or historical trends. •Prepare account reconciliations for assigned revenue related account (Eagleridge-Barnett).•Support the Operations teams for accounting/financial issues and questions.•Maintain control documentation for revenue related processes and key controls in compliance with Sarbanes Oxley and support interim and year end audit by providing assistance to external auditor, if required
