About Ercan Bezan

Since the first days of my professional life, I view every role I take as an opportunity to learn and I believe that’s been a constant force in my career that pushed me into gaining a wide range of skills and knowledge. With the mindset of expanding my skillset, I graduated from a Master Degree programme on Strategy Science. In order to support learning at any age and level, I’ve also invested time into SME mentorship trainings at Sabanci University, and served as a mentor at Sabanci SUCool group and supported companies and start-ups in building their strategic plan.I strongly believe that diversity makes every organization stronger and empowers individuals as well. It was a push towards widening my industry exposure and challenging myself that I started working for Stryker, a global medical devices company that runs its operations world-wide. At my current Director of Manufacturing on-site role at Stryker Mako Robotics Innovation Center, I am supporting the Joint Replacement division to deliver its goals.When I\'m not doing a Genba walk nor solving a problem together with a cross functional team, I am reading a history book, skiing with my wife, travelling to chase the best olive oil and historical places!
