Building on this foundation, I went on to complete my Masters degree in Political Science and International Relations at the same esteemed institution.In my current role at Kordsa, I play a vital role in analyzing financial results, comparing actuals to forecasts, and providing valuable insights to guide management decisions. My responsibilities include preparing consolidated IFRS financial statements and relevant reports, collaborating with finance professionals in subsidiaries to analyze financial performance drivers and trends. Additionally, I take an active part in the digitalization of planning and reporting processes using SAP BPC, Oracle Hyperion, Power BI, and other ERP systems.During my tenure at Entek Elektrik Üretimi A.Ş. between 2018 and 2021, I excelled as a Senior Budget & Reporting Specialist, leading the digital transformation of budgeting and forecasting processes by migrating to Oracle EPM Cloud budget and forecast cube. I was responsible for monthly IFRS closing and consolidation, financial reporting through Oracle Hyperion Consolidation tool, and working closely with external auditors for half-year and year-end audit reports. My contributions in budget preparation, long-term strategic planning, and Zero-Based Budgeting (ZBB) transformation projects helped streamline financial processes and fostered efficiency.My diverse skill set includes financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and strategic planning.
