Other key functions performed included: defining and maintaining standards of processes in the implementation of projects, creating savings by implementing common processes, leading the structure of new initiatives from capital investment, supporting the development of new processes, providing training, motivating and influencing the members of the project team, and implementing guidelines and tools.Accomplishments Implemented project management in a new direction of engineering based on the methodology of the project manager Institute (PMI). Implementation of a successful Project Portfolio (23 initiatives) in time, cost and quality. Integration of the areas of technology, engineering, services, water, health, safety and environment in a new direction for engineering and projects at Empresas Polar.
