Perform cost analysis using ERP system and other tools to generate quotations for new and existing products • Provide support for operations and engineering regarding tooling, fixtures, gauging and process improvement projects • Generate and execute engineering change process, ensuring all changes finalized and communicated to the affected departments • Evaluate outsourced products/services that could result in reduction of lead time and/or cost • Design new or modify existing casting, patterns, fixtures and tooling for new and existing products • Manage productions routers and bill of materials using SyteLine ERP system • Perform time studies as needed
