I am a graduate of San Jacinto College with an AAS in Global Logistics and Supply Chain Management and currently work as a Customer Service Representative at Third Coast, supporting chemical and bulk logistics operations across domestic and international supply chains.In my role, I coordinate customer shipments, manage logistics documentation, and serve as a central communication point between customers, operations, transportation providers, and internal teams. My responsibilities include tracking movements, aligning orders with production and delivery schedules, and ensuring accuracy across purchase orders, sales orders, and shipment details to support smooth execution and billing.Previously, I gained hands-on operational experience at Port Houston, supporting gate operations at Bayport and Barbours Cut Terminals. This role strengthened my understanding of terminal workflows, high-volume container movements, and the importance of precision and compliance in port and intermodal environments.With experience spanning supply chain support, customer service, and financial services, I bring strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a process-driven mindset. I am multilingual in Spanish, Albanian, Greek, and Italian, enabling effective communication in complex, fast-paced logistics settings.I am focused on building long-term expertise in chemical and industrial logistics and enjoy connecting with professionals dedicated to operational excellence, safety, and reliability in global trade.
