This includes SAP, Meridium, all OS & T systems and tools as well as all associated work process tools. Drive the training associated with the use of all of these tool and ensures compliance to all related work processes and ODMS department related issues. Develop and manage the site Reliability KPI Process and recognition program for the siteHigh Level Responsibility:• Recommends best practices to improve products or services. • Contributes to defining standards and specifications to be followed. • Contributes to the development of organization functional strategy.• Advises functional teams or projects within his/her area of specialization.Key Responsibilities:1. Manage Reliability, Maintenance and operation related tools training program for the department. Configure tools and applications to support the business needs; control configurations, analyze system performance, and recommend improvements to ensure the systems meet current and future business requirements. Work with users and utilize software and systems troubleshooting techniques to provide second line of support to identify the root cause of problems in applications and resolve them for proper operation.4. Recommend and implement modifications to tool-level usage work processes to reduce user problems and improve quality and efficiency, User Acceptance Testing phase of software change management.5. Manage tools with value propositions, lifecycle strategies, integration plans and replacement strategies as systems mature and changed.6. Integrate data to the extent required by Reliability, Engineering, Operations and Maintenance7. Manage all KPI’s related to operational reliability and drive to create the proper improvement plans within each operating unit in Sadara.8. Develop Sadara site wide recognition program to drive continuous improvement across all site
