Strategic Planning Across Different states- Develop and execute a Pan India Napier cultivation strategy aligned with CBG plant feedstock demand, regional agro-climatic conditions, and logistics economics. Establish scalable cultivation clusters within a defined radius of CBG plants to ensure cost-efficientity.2. Land Identification, Development & Readiness- Identify and onboard suitable land parcels based on soil fertility, water availability, topography, and proximity to plant locations across multiple states. Ensure timely land development including deep ploughing, leveling, bunding, drainage management, and field layout optimization.3. High-Yield Agronomy & Crop Excellence- Deploy scientifically validated high-yield Napier varieties (CO-4, CO-5, Super Napier,IGFRI -7,region-specific hybrids). Achieve industry-leading green biomass productivity of 120–160 Tonne/Acre/year, benchmarked region-wise. Ensure precision planting, optimal spacing, gap filling, ratoon management, and weed control practices.4. Nutrient, Water & Input Optimization- Optimize water usage through micro-irrigation, soil moisture monitoring, and climate-responsive scheduling.5. Harvesting Excellence & Biomass Logistics- Plan staggered harvesting schedules to ensure daily, uninterrupted biomass supply to CBG plants.6. Quality Assurance & Sustainability- Maintain consistent biomass quality parameters including moisture content, fiber composition, and contamination-free supply.7. Farmer Engagement, FPO Development & Social Impact- Build long-term partnerships with farmers, FPOs, land aggregators, and institutional landholders across states.Provide agronomic advisory, input support, and assured buyback mechanisms.Conduct structured training, demonstrations, and capacity-building programs.8. Cost Control, Financial Performance & Profitability- Optimize harvesting, labor, and logistics costs through mechanization and cluster planning.Monitor farm-level budgets, yields, and margins on a cluster-wise and state-wise basis.9. Digital Agriculture, MIS & Governance- Implement robust MIS covering acreage, yield, harvest cycles, logistics, and cost metrics.Use GIS mapping, remote sensing, and digital farm management tools for monitoring and decision-making.10. Replicability, Innovation & Scale-Up-Replicate successful Napier cultivation models across new geographies with minimal lead time.Build a resilient, Pan India energy crop platform supporting multi-plant CBG expansion.
