Investigated catalyst performance under varying pressure, temperature, and syngas compositions.4. Process Design and SimulationDeveloped PFDs (Process Flow Diagrams)and P\\ & IDs (Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams) using Aspen Plus.Simulated entire process routes from feedstock to product stream for feasibility evaluation.5. Techno-Economic AnalysisCarried out cost-benefit analysis, CAPEX/OPEX estimation, and economic feasibility studies of pilot and industrial-scale hydrogen and methanol production plants.
