Review projects specification, scope, RFP, RFQ, GCC, SCC and ATC etc. Analyze Project requirements, collaborating with Sales, Engineering and project management teams. Create Technical BOM with preliminary design and compliance report to align industry standards. Coordinate with SCM and Supplier with RFQ for latest competitive price. Identify and assess potential risks associated with projects and incorporating them into proposals. Assisting with negotiations with clients and vendors regarding project terms and conditions. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and relevant technologies. Raising RFI and attending Pre-bid Meetings, Participate e-tenders and Auctions. Developing detailed cost estimates for labor, materials, equipments and other resources Submit competitive Techno-commercial proposal that meet client needs and company standards. Identify opportunities to improve the estimation and proposal process. Register customer complaints and ensure quality improvement. Ensure on time delivery and first time right. Ensure Estimate accuracy, Win rate, Cycle Time, Resource Allocation Efficiency, Client Satisfaction. Ensure Business rate and Proposal quality.
