I am a seasoned production professional with 12 years of experience in the printing and packaging industry, currently serving as Senior Manager – Production. My expertise spans the entire offset printing process, including machine calibration, lamination, embossing, foiling, and online blanking punching. I also oversee machine maintenance to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.I bring hands-on proficiency in advanced tools and technologies such as SPM, XTH, Image Controller, and PressSign software, and I regularly conduct training sessions to upskill the printing team and streamline production workflows.My domain knowledge includes mono cartons, corrugated cartons, and both UV and conventional printing processes. I am well-versed in Seven QC tools, enabling me to identify root causes and implement effective solutions with speed and precision.As a strategic leader, I am responsible for end-to-end production activities, driving operational excellence, quality assurance, and continuous improvement across all stages of manufacturing.
