   1.**Project Planning & Coordination**- Lead and supervise the execution of loss reduction activities under RDSS, aligning with project timelines and guidelines issued by NTPC- Coordinate with KPDCL officials, subcontractors, and internal teams for smooth execution of field operations- Plan daily/weekly targets and allocate resources efficiently to meet milestones.2.**Technical Supervision**- Oversee technical assessments including feeder-wise energy audit, network analysis, and identification of high-loss areas- Guide the team in implementation of corrective measures such as HVDS (High Voltage Distribution System), AB cabling, meter shifting, and other system strengthening works- Review Single Line Diagrams (SLDs), BOQs, and technical drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance.3.**Team Management**- Lead and mentor a team of engineers, supervisors, and field technicians- Resolve on-site technical issues and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.4.**Monitoring & Reporting**- Monitor field progress through regular site visits, inspections, and audits- Prepare and submit daily/weekly progress reports, and DPRs (Detailed Project Reports)- Track material consumption, inventory, and work completion status.5.**Quality Assurance & Compliance**- Ensure that all project activities are carried out in accordance with proper specifications and QA/QC standards- Address non-conformities and implement corrective actions promptly.6.**Stakeholder Engagement**- Attend review meetings, site inspections, and audits conducted by government officials and consultants.7.**Documentation & Closure**- Maintain project documentation including work completion certificates, test reports, and as-built drawings- Support in the preparation of final project reports and closure documents.
