Currently I am working with Azure Power as a Sr. Engineer in Operation and Maintenance Department at Bahadurgarh Jandian 50 MW (Bathinda) From May -2018 to Till Date. • Coordination with HO for any issues Related to Plant & Site team for increasing the performance of Plant and conduct PR Meeting. • Plant monitoring by using FlexiMC system of string, C.B & Inverter level. • Preparation of Daily Generation report, Major Breakdown repots, RIR report, Module cleaning analysis report etc. • Fault ratification in PV System, solar inverter and A.C Side. • Follow all safety Rules as per company standard plan and conduct TBT Daily basis. • Review & Monitoring Preventive Maintenance and breakdown maintenance & recommended improvement. • Prepare the list of spare-parts consumed in attending breakdown. • Monitoring of Inverter up to Module Level & Module Cleaning Analysis. • Good Knowledge of operating thermal camera (IR Camera), PVPM (I-V Curve) Machine and Analyse their data on software.Supervising and verifying preventive maintenance as per schedule for solar power plant equipment’ s Ex Modules, Inverters, Transformers, HT Panels and Transmission Lines.Checking inverters and String faults and related rectifications, checking and rectification of defective strings and modules.Auditing & reduction of Power Loss through audit and review. Plant Generation improvement initiative by completing PM, corrective maintenance andreduce the breakdown time & Maintaining the SOLAR PLANT to get proper plant efficiency.
