Now, I am working on the Profile of Group Product Manager for Punjab, Himachal, Haryana, J&K and reporting to Director of the Punjab Kesari Group. I was First Person Who Creating the Management Profile of “Product Manager” in Punjab Kesari Group. I am responsible for understanding the reader’s Requirements in this market and identifying the issues in our product and then suggesting and implementing the desired changes in our product so that our readership can be increased in these markets. My Major Achievements during this period were that on the basis of my Punjab Market’s Study, massive changes were made in our newspapers i.e (Jag bani & Punjab Kesari) in terms of introducing new properties, improvement in current product. Based on the need gap analysis, we introduced Haryana Himachal Jammu & Kashmir Page With Folio Header, Agriculture Update Property, Sports Update Property, Health Update Property, Mobile Gadgets/Automobiles, Properties in our newspapers.
