About Er. Dilip Zade

A social entrepreneur, an engineer, a farmer\'s son, and a citizen of India, that is how I introduce myself. I have witnessed the everyday struggle for existence and therefore have always strive for creating change for the fellow citizens from the under-privileged, rural and tribal communities. My first venture, SEARCH FOUNDATION(2002), under which the first Renowned Residential & Non- Residential English Medium School from Nursery to Std 12th,An ISO:90••••15, was built in a very remote and tribal area in Korpana Tehsil, Maharashtra,INDIA to provide quality, skilled, value-based, practical education to poor tribal & farmer\'s children. The School was established in 2005 in a 10-acre campus with all modern facilities. Now a big venture of 30Cr+ in rural area, it was established by me at the age of 30. Now 800+ students from poor tribals & farmer\'s family are learning in SSA, Korpana. In the school, 300 tribal students are learning residential. The motive behind this school is to help poor students & prepare them to survive in today\'s world. To give them exposure to all the best facilities. Search Foundation continues to work for the upliftment of rural farmer youth, women, girls for social, educational, economical development. My recent venture, Search Embroidery & K. Stitching Cluster, Chandrapur, is aimed at providing sustained employment for traditional industry artisans and rural entrepreneurs. This project is run under the revised guidelines for scheme of fund for regeneration of traditional industries (SFURTI). Through this project, we organize the traditional industries and artisans into clusters to make them competitive and provide support for their long term sustainability and economy of scale.

   Search Embroidery & K Stitching Cluster Foundation, Chandrapur is registered under section 8 of the Companies Act, 2013 (pursuant to rule 19(2) the companies (incorporation) rules 2014). Started on 24th December, 2020, a Government of India initiative under the \'SFURTI\' scheme for development of MSME\'s in Chandrapur, Maharashtra. The aim is to organize the traditional industries and artisans into clusters to make them competitive and provide support for their long term sustainability and economy of scale. Also, this project helps in sustained employment for traditional industry artisans and rural entrepreneurs;
