Lead, oversee and develop Billing team.Manages development, implementation of policies, procedures, and processes to improve performancePerform analysis and reporting of annual vendor commitments and rebates Participate proactively with the finance department to ensure AP/AR is up to date as well monitor and audit.Implement and maintain departmental workflow to meet or exceed all defined key metrics Audit productivity and quality of team emphasizing KPIs and performance management Ensure all team members receive the proper level of training.Identify, track and report department metrics; Create action plans for deficient areas Ensure adherence and compliance to governmental and internal system regulatory policies. Working out quantities for budget, stage wise & activity wise final quantities. Working out stage wise material quantity for each activity. Defining quantities & rates in ERP in appropriate units after confirmation from PM, for work order purpose.Ensure timely payment release and handover to the contractors Preparing budget of the project on the basis of basic technical data. Doing detailed activity wise rate analysis using updated market rates for material. Preparing & submitting Budget Monetary Report to management Performing the process of flat possession to customer.
