Supervised Trenching, Ducting, Hand Hole,CRM,ERM Installation,DIT, Cable Stringing, Termination, Splicing. Checking HDD Machine - Vermeer 24*40, Ditch witch, China 18T, 25T Project Planning and Document management, Labour management Graphical representation of Resource operational and daily work progress. Handle the team of15 plus people include O&M staffs, HDD Machine staffs Team management of Patrollers, Splicers, Reduce cuts, Maintaining uptime, will be responsible for smooth functioning of OFC route, Monitoring & Controlling, Co-ordinating and O&M planning Carrying out Preventive & Corrective Maintenance of OFC Route Carrying out Link testing and final Handover to Operation Department. Supervising OFC Link loss testing (OTDR,LSPM) OFC Cable locating work Applying for R.O.W and Liasioning with Govt. Authorities for ensuring permission for execution of work Row Permissions NOC.
