Process Monitoring:Monitor each stage of chocolate production (roasting, refining, conching, tempering, molding, packaging).Ensure parameters like temperature, mixing time, moisture content, and weight are within set limits.2. Quality Checks:Conduct in-process checks such as:TextureViscosityBloom formationTaste and aroma consistencyWeight and shape of chocolate bars/pieces3. Sampling & Testing:Take regular samples and perform physical and sensory evaluations.Use basic lab instruments to check pH, fat %, moisture, etc.4. Documentation & Records:Maintain records of process deviations, quality checks, and corrective actions.Fill out in-process quality checklists and daily reports.5. GMP & Hygiene Monitoring:Monitor cleanliness and hygiene in production areas as per GMP and HACCP standards.Report any non-compliance immediately.6. Coordination:Coordinate with production, maintenance, and QA teams in case of process deviations.Support root cause analysis of quality issues.7. Training & SOP Adherence:Ensure that SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) are followed strictly.Provide basic quality training to operators and manpower when needed.
