I\'m a data-driven and insightful HR professional that is passionate about growing strong teams. My idea of full-cycle recruiting doesn\'t stop when a candidate is hired. I found my passion in recruiting because I take pride in helping folks get employed. I love making connections with people, because that hire could be a life-changing moment for them. That is ultimately what drives me. I believe in promoting an inclusive and positive culture at the workplace. When I\'m not working, my wife and I are frequent visitor to Disneyland. Our two boys are the center of our world!
