   Led the on-going development and transition of the largest aerospace development project in the Thermal Management Systems (TMS) portfolio being transitioned from Liberty Lake, WA to Mentor, OH. Transition completed 12/18/15.• Orchestrated the hand-off of design releases from the Liberty Lake team to the new Mentor team charged with executing and testing those designs. • Currently assigned as Program Manager for the TMS Portfolio now fully transitioned to Mentor. • Translate the technical and business needs of the customers into action plans• Communicate with high sense of tact and urgency frequently with TMS customers as we mend a strained relationship after a difficult transition. • Communicate program plans and priorities to Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Test Lab, etc. to meet project deadlines. • Collaborate with a cross-functional leadership team to addressing very challenging systemic issues as we integrate a product portfolio that dramatically differs from the traditional product offering at our site.
