What started as an internal tool for EPICON became standalone platform for project management and risk control.Key highlights:• Built a product team of 5+ people and led full-cycle development.• Designed features for multi-level management: from executives to team members.• Combined Gantt-based planning, portfolio dashboards, and governance tools.• Validated efficiency on 100+ real projects inside Epicon• We are currently working on the integration of AI-driven risk forecasting, resource planning, and decision support.l believe that Orchestra is not “just SaaS” but it’s my managed methodology.
