I am an electric utility professional with over 30 years of experience. I served in various positions of increasing responsibility in engineering, construction, operations and maintenance, system operations, project management, and finance for infrastructure development, design, and construction. I worked for over ten (10) years at Consolidated Edison Company of New York Inc.(ConEdison), one of the largest investor-owned utility companies in the USA, with approximately US$13 billion in annual revenue and US$35 billion in assets. I functioned as an Independent Engineering and Management Consultant, providing guidance on various utility issues. I have also worked or consulted for some of the major utility companies in the USA, including PG & E, Duke Energy, ComEd, Entergy, TECO, WE Energies, and Florida Power and Light (FPL). Additionally, I worked for 5 years as a T&D Construction Project Manager.
