I\'ve had the privilege of working with 100+ small businesses and startups organize their books, find confidence in their next clear steps, and incorporate the latest technology to get their businesses off the ground and scale quickly, with a business partner they can really trust. ‍ My Story: I grew up in Chicago, IL and spent every evening studying in the domestic violence nonprofit my mom worked at. When I was at DePaul University, I began reconciling accounts for the local cafes, restaurants, and service companies around me. I found that working directly with small business owners made me passionate about my role as an accountant and bookkeeper. I understand the blood, sweat, and tears that comes with starting your own business, and I see my mission as making your journey clearer and easier. Even as I\'ve gone remote as a cloud QuickBooks Pro Advisor and IT professional, my work becomes fulfilling when I know the work I\'m contributing to is helping everyday people live happier lives.I work with: Nonprofit Organizations Tech Startups Restaurants, Food+Bev Industry E-Commerce Businesses‍ Coaches and Consultants Professional Service Offices (Lawyers, Dentists, Insurance Agencies, etc.)Fun Fact: My love for technology extends into game development, as a self-taught Unity Developer and Game Designer developing local multiplayer experiences.

   Perform comprehensive monthly reconciliations for all corporate credit card and checking accounts using QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise. Reconcile and organize complex batched sales deposits from multiple retail locations. Manage accounts payable by meticulously reconciling vendor statements and payments for ongoing hardware accounts. Hold weekly advisory meetings with the owner to report on reconciliation status, identify trends, and resolve financial discrepancies.
