ABOUT ELIZABETH P.
Outdoor enthusiast, coffee snob, and avid learner! I mean, come on, I grew up just miles from five national parks and had the opportunity to study at a top ranked research university. In my professional career I\'ve explored the caverns of public health research, climbed atop the mountains of risk mitigation, and fished out great process improvements in fast-paced startups and small business environments. I always find the most enjoyment when I can balance learning new things, challenging myself and others, and serving my community. My latest adventure to New York City has given me the opportunity to explore new challenges (like navigating the subway) and immerse myself in all the culture the city has to offer (open to any and all food, coffee, and arts recommendations).
