I believe entrepreneurial companies have the power to change the world!Unfortunately, many of these Visionary leaders are frustrated by how their business dominates their life. My purpose is to help them get everything they want from their business so they can live their ideal life.I do this by partnering with them and their leaders to implement EOS, a proven system with simple tools to help with 3 things: Vision, Traction, and Healthy. Vision means getting everyone 100% on the same page about who they are, where they are going, and how they will get there. Traction is executing that vision, driving focus, discipline, and accountability. Healthy is about building cohesive, functional teams and fostering a healthy, intentional culture.I do this through my role as a teacher, facilitator, and team coach, As a teacher, I help them understand how and why the EOS tools work. As a facilitator, I guide them through the journey, unlocking the wisdom in the room As a team coach, I support the leadership team by driving accountability, helping them get unstuck and coach them to implement EOS to the entire organization, enabling them run a better business and live a better life.Thanks for stopping by!
