As the Director of Medical Affairs at Organon, I leverage my 14 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and biotech industries to provide strategic direction and implementation of new initiatives for health economic outcomes research (HEOR), medical, and sales areas. I have extensive knowledge and training in launching products and new indications, conducting and disseminating clinical research, and complying with regulatory matters. I have a strong background in commercial sales and marketing, with a proven record of sales success, key account management, and operational skills.My core competencies include targeted therapies, immunotherapy, and pharmacoeconomics, with a focus on oncology, rheumatology, dermatology, gastroenterology, and infectious diseases. I have worked as a medical science liaison for several leading companies, establishing and maintaining long-term collaborative relationships with key opinion leaders, large group medical practices, payers, and formulary decision makers. I have also contributed to multiple publications and presentations in scientific journals and forums, showcasing my analytical and communication skills.
