I’m the founder of EonYoga and an E-RYT 500 yoga instructor and teacher trainer with over 15 years of experience in alignment-based movement, vinyasa, Ashtanga, posture correction, and science-backed wellness solutions. With two academic degrees and a strong background in health, wellness, and fitness, I’ve built a career dedicated to helping individuals move better, feel better, and perform at their highest potential.Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of training a diverse range of clients — from Olympic gold medalists and professional golfers to ballerinas, equestrians, track and field Olympians, and members of the South African national cricket team.In 2016, I founded EonYoga, a Yoga Alliance–accredited YTT200 school with programs in Austin and Cedar Park, Texas, and Cape Town and Pretoria, South Africa. I’ve also led workshops in more than 20 countries, focusing on strength, mobility, healing, and recovery practices.My teaching philosophy is rooted in accessibility, integrity, and alignment.
