Transformative Cybersecurity Program — Designed and launched a groundbreaking cybersecurity program in collaboration with the Henry Street Settlement, enabling low-income New Yorkers to earn a living wage and gain access to internships and 33 transferable college credits, resulting in a 90% completion rate supported by holistic resources. Strategic Partnerships — By fostering partnerships with leading community organizations, I work closely with college leadership to expand educational access, creating a network of support that empowers students to thrive in their careers.
