ABOUT EOIN OSULLIVAN

Strategy & Finance leader with a tech focus, bringing 15 years’ experience across SaaS, banking, wealth and M&A consulting. I specialise in connecting strategy to execution. I do this by building and leading teams that shape direction, drive growth, build partnerships, and run the operational cadences that keep leadership priorities on track. At Salesforce, I led SaaS partnership / sales strategy team across APAC - driving growth through multiple go-to-markets, supporting and shaping major transformation programs and day to day excellence by establishing metrics, accountability with cohesive narrative to communicate progress. At Westpac, I held several roles each with increasing seniority, including representing Finance on the leadership team of a multi-billion remediation program, ensuring governance, accountability and delivery. I also served as Finance Lead for business units in Banking and Wealth Earlier in my career at Deloitte, I advised on 30+ M&A transactions across industries, building deep expertise in financial analysis, integration and c-suite / board level communication.I thrive leading teams where strategy progresses to execution and results: driving revenue growth, running executive operations, and delivering growth and programs in complex, high-stakes environments.
