I thrive in an environment where I am allowed to innovate, challenge the status quo, and bring practical solutions to real world problems our teams face. My job involves leading a dynamic nationwide team of fully licensed retirement counselors and project managers. Our workforce has to be versatile enough to deliver top tier education to our plan participants both in person and in virtual settings. I love challenging team members and giving them the confidence to make mistakes. In order to fail at something you must push your boundaries beyond your comfort level, this is where I find the best ideas and most promising growth comes from. My background includes leading large geographically dispersed teams, process improvement, and talent development. I\'ve utilized Prosci training to become a certified change agent and use these skills almost daily in our fast changing environment. Ten years ago I created what is now our largely successful Rollover-In service organization and am now spear heading the transformation of virtual education throughout our broader team.
