ABOUT ENZO RINALDI

As a tradesman for large portion of his life my father was able to introduce me to the industry at a young age. Since a young age I have always had a keen interest in construction. For three consecutive summers I gained exposure to the industry as an intern at Karn Custom Woodwork. I worked under a project manager and project coordinator where I was tasked with helping organize and fulfill change orders, work orders, shipping orders, and submittals. Sites I have worked on include Brandermill Woods Retirement, UVA Bio Lab and Colonial Downs Race track. I believe the experience I gained while interning has given me the skills needed to become a contributing member of any construction team. Following my experience at Karn I moved on to the general contracting side of the construction industry. Working for Kjellstrom and Lee the summer before my junior year of college. For Kjellstrom and Lee I worked on site under the guidance of three superintendents at the renovation of the University of Richmond School of Law. My day to day tasks on site consisted of tracking submitals, rfis, conducting safety inspections and shadowing the superintendents.
