Risk assessment, red flag report, conducted business valuation via FCF analysis.Delivered a global gas and LNG regassification and liquefaction asset study, determining current and planned capacities, FID forecasts and LNG supply & demand forecast, trade balances in short and long term forecasts. Directed and implemented an emission reduction strategy for a leading global fertilizer producer, assisting the client in comprehending the potential for emission reductions and the implications of lower carbon fertilizers on the agricultural and food processing sectors.Led a commercial due diligence on a renewable power to green ammonia project in Texas. Collaborating with the project developer, I supported banks and financial institutions in understanding risks and downside scenarios. Key deliverables: pricing setting mechanism for green and blue ammonia, highlighting potential premiums over conventional ammonia in Europe ensuring compliance with RED and EU ETS; developed detailed financial models to evaluate project competitiveness locally and globally, modeled downside scenarios, and assessed overall project risk; reviewed off-take and PPA contracts, identifying key risks and proposing mitigation strategies.Led a major multi-billion-dollar decarbonization investment plan for a top European power, refining, and petrochemical company. The project involved evaluating decarbonization technologies and ensuring compliance with European carbon reduction regulations. Worked with client teams to assess financial and technical feasibility, developing over 30 financial models for technologies like Green/Blue Hydrogen, Carbon Capture, Biomethane, Electrification, and Small Nuclear Reactors.
